About Drema Yoga

What I am offering you is a way to enrich the most precious relationship one will ever have in their life, the relationship you have to your self.  We all know what happens to a relationship if it is not nurtured. It comes undone and falls apart. My experience with yoga has first and foremost been a rediscovery of myself.  This path continues to guide me through removing the layers upon layers of who I "should" be and helps me to stand firm in who I am.  It feels as though I have already lived two lives. One life before Yoga and the life I am living now. Since yoga, life is no longer happening to me. It feels like life is the medium in which I get to watch and be a part of this incredible creation as it takes shape and form. For me, Life is two parts effort and one part Grace. I believe, how we relate to our existence shapes our existence. Yoga means to yoke; union. Yoga heightens our awareness and encourages us to connect with the more subtle aspects of ourselves and of life it self.  When we are participating in life from all levels of our self—body, mind, breathe and heart we feel whole. It is in our wholeness that we trust and allow life to come in and work its magic.
This is union. This is Yoga.
